The Crosslane France approach is to take a long term view, providing sustainable investment, ensuring the building is well preserved, managing rental income and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, being highly responsive and working to continue to provide future improvements, whilst maximising yield income for investors.

Crosslane France are actively seeking development opportunities to create quality independent student housing with associated general services. We aspire to build a portfolio of 10,000 bedrooms through the development of new buildings and the acquisition and renovation of existing operational student housing assets.
