We Develop and Manage Student HousingCrosslane is the leader in European student housing development & management, with over 3,000 beds across key cities in a number of countries & plans to double this number next year, growing a portfolio of over 30,000 beds in the next 5 years. Crosslane believes this ambition is more than realistic, as it seeks to take advantage of the massive under supply in student housing across Europe, driven by the increasing demand from the growing numbers of international students choosing to study further from home in top performing global Universities, looking for high quality, modern, purpose built student accommodation.
Crosslane France see opportunity in developing independent student housing with associated general services. We aspire to increase our portfolio through the development of new buildings and the acquisition and renovation of existing operational student housing assets.
